Plan to resolve conflict and promote collaboration

Please consider this as my conflict Scenario: I was working in a hospitalthat had just cut down on costs and the nursing staff had to handle more responsibilities in smaller windows of time. Consequently, the manager had placed big expectations on the shoulders of the nurses. In one occasion, the manager failed to communicate the projected work output, and after the nurse’scompletion of the assignment, the manager believed that the task were not completed as expected.  She yelled at the nurse, embarrassed her in front of the team, and reported her forunderperformance to the management. The situation has caused conflict among them and they were no longer speaking directly to each other unless absolutely necessary. Communication was significantly limited to informationregarding patient care.
